Client Services Manager Associate


  • This position has an alternate schedule of Monday through Friday every other week and Tuesday through Saturday on alternating weeks
  • Take incoming calls from potential clients seeking services from Family & Nursing Care (intakes)
  • Inform new clients of the many benefits of our services and ensure our services meet the needs of potential new clients
  • Serve as a point of contact for existing customers (client/family) as support to our Client Services Managers (covering case loads)
  • Availability on some weekends and holidays (on-call) to conduct intakes (the schedule is set in advance and team members provide on-call support on a rotating basis)
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients and their families while coordinating care with all health care professionals, office staff, and caregivers
  • Follow up with clients to obtain updates
  • Collaborate with Care Coordinating Department to coordinate care for client
  • Handle a variety of situations with the highest level of professional maturity, responsibility and competence

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree – required
  • MSW is highly desired
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience interacting directly with clients in a customer-service centric environment
  • Well organized, and able to multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess the highest level of professional maturity, responsibility and competence when dealing with a variety of situations
  • The ability to handle challenging situations and assist client in meeting a resolution
  • The ability to be empathetic to a client’s situation – must have good listening skills
  • Experience identifying and prioritizing tasks. (i.e. complaints, scheduling, billing, intake. etc.)
