COVID-19 Vaccine Information for Caregivers

Maryland and DC are currently providing COVID-19 vaccines to health care workers.  As a licensed Caregiver, you are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine right now.

As we receive information about vaccine clinics, we are posting it here so that we are always sharing the latest information with Caregivers.  Please check back daily for updated information and registration links.

Montgomery County

  • All Family & Nursing Care affiliated Caregivers can receive a COVID-19 vaccination in Montgomery County.
  • Go to the Montgomery County COVID-19 Vaccine Information Portal for current information on vaccines.
  • Pre-register for a vaccine appointment.
    • If you need help, call the Pre-registration Assistance Line at 240-777-2982, seven days a week, 8 am – 6 pm.
    • When COVID-19 vaccine appointments become available, you will receive an email with registration links.
  • Sign up to receive COVID-19 Vaccine Updates through email, text message or both.

  • If you live in Prince George’s County, pre-register for a vaccine appointment.
    • Answer “YES” to this question: Are you an employee or resident in a frontline health care or public safety setting?*
    • When COVID-19 vaccine appointments become available, you will receive an email with registration links.
  • Fill out this Vaccine Interest Form to receive information about Prince George’s County vaccine clinics being run by Luminis Health.

Six Flags

  • Maryland has opened a mass vaccination site at Six Flags.
  • To check if any appointments are available, go to massvax.maryland.gov or call 1-855-MDGOVAX (1-855-634-6829) to speak with an appointment scheduler.
    • The phone line may have long wait times to speak with someone to check if appointments are available.
    • As other mass vaccination sites are opened, they will also be listed on massvax.maryland.gov and available to schedule appointments over the phone at 1-855-MDGOVAX (1-855-634-6829).

  • Maryland has opened a mass vaccination site at the Baltimore Convention Center.
  • Pre-register for a vaccine appointment.
    • When a vaccine appointment becomes available, you will receive a phone call or email with an invitation to schedule your vaccine appointment
    • Call 443-462-5511 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm for help filling out the pre-registration form.

  • Certain Rite Aid locations have begun administering COVID-19 vaccines by appointment only.
  • Check the Rite Aid COVID-19 Vaccine Webpage for appointment availability.
    • On the page, fill out the questionnaire with your date of birth, city, state and zip code. For occupation select “Health Care Worker”
    • Click the “continue” button
    • On the next screen type in your city, state and/or zip code to search for available appointments at Rite Aid locations near you.
