We are so glad that you plan to join us on Thursday, June 12 at our "Pop-In" Open House. By checking the boxes below you are acknowledging your understanding of the following:

The Open House is intended only for those Caregivers that are unable to join us at the Caregiver Appreciation Picnic on Tuesday, June 11 at Smokey Glen Farm.

This is not a sit and stay event. Due to limited space, Caregivers are expected to stay at the Open House for about 10-15 minutes to ensure we can accomodate all of the Caregivers who want to attend.

The event is for Caregivers only, please do not bring children or other guests.

At the Open House, Caregivers will be able to grab a snack and drink to go, pick up their summer picnic gift and chat with Family & Nursing Care staff.

Caregivers are responsible for their own transportation and parking expenses for attending the Open House.
