Will Dennis is the Director of Business Development for Family & Nursing Care. In this role, he develops and executes strategies to expand the company’s client base across new and existing markets. He leads a team of Business Development Managers serving suburban and central Maryland, Washington, D.C., eastern Pennsylvania, and northern New Jersey.
With 10 years of experience in business development, Will joined Family & Nursing Care in 2026. He has built a career around driving sustainable growth while developing and mentoring high-performing teams. Prior to joining Family & Nursing Care, he served as Outreach Director for Oak Street Health, where he directed five centers across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Throughout his career, Will has partnered closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, insurance agents and brokers, executive directors of senior living communities, and behavioral health specialists. He is committed to fostering collaborative relationships that help support older adults and their families.
Will holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arcadia University and a Master of Business Administration in global management from the University of Phoenix. When not working, he enjoys reading, writing, working out, and mentoring children and young adults.
