At Family & Nursing Care, our passion is to serve, help, and enhance the quality of life and well-being of others. This commitment extends beyond assisting clients and families — it also includes giving back to the communities where we live and work.

Year after year through the Family & Nursing Care Foundation, we’re proud to help lower-income adults gain access to home care services and support the next generation of caregivers by contributing to a scholarship fund. Just as giving back is core to who we are, so too is showing our appreciation for you. That’s why, this holiday season, we’d like to make a $100 donation on your behalf to a charity of your choice.

How to Select Your Charity

To select your preferred organization, please provide the following information below:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Philanthropic organization
  • Website URL of organization

This can include any philanthropic organization, but please note that we will not be able to direct donations to political organizations or campaigns.

Please make your selection by Tuesday, November 18. If we do not receive your response by then, we’ll make a $100 donation in your name to the Family & Nursing Care Foundation. We plan to make all donations on Giving Tuesday – December 2.
