FNC Receives Workplace Excellence Award 2018

Silver Spring, MD—For the second year in a row, Family & Nursing Care received the Workplace Excellence Award from the Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE). The company was recognized for their dedication to building an outstanding place to work at the Annual Awards Celebration on Friday, June 8, 2018 at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center.

Family & Nursing Care was chosen for the award for its innovative corporate culture and inventive management practices, workforce demographics, employee engagement and retention programs, commitment to corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion programs, workplace benefits and rewards, family-friendly policies, and comprehensive growth and learning opportunities.

Out of hundreds of applicants, only 41 companies will received the Workplace Excellence Seal of Approval in 2018.
