Family & Nursing Care CEO Neal Kursban recently participated in the 2026 National Home Care Conference hosted by the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) in Orlando, Florida.
Neal joined fellow home care leaders Kunu Kaushal, founder of Senior Solutions Home Care, and Sara Wilson, CEO of Home Assist Health, for a fireside chat titled “What’s Working, What’s Changing & What’s Next in Home Care.” Moderated by Matt Kroll, Practice President, Assistive Services and State Programs at Bayada, the discussion brought together industry leaders to share candid, real-world perspectives on the opportunities and challenges shaping home care today.
Topics discussed included private-pay growth, strategic partnerships, VA and Medicaid, regulation and technology – issues that continue to influence how home care providers operate, grow, and serve clients and families.
With more than three decades of experience at Family & Nursing Care, Neal brings a broad perspective to conversations about the home care industry. Since joining the family business in 1995, he has worked across virtually every area of the company before becoming President in 2008 and CEO in 2018. His experience across all facets of the organization has helped shape his approach to leadership and understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing home care providers.
The National Home Care Conference brought together nearly 1,000 home care industry leaders for two days of education, networking, and discussion focused on the future of the industry. It was also an opportunity for other members of the Family & Nursing Care team to exchange ideas with peers from across the country and learn more about the challenges facing home care providers, including caregiver recruitment.
As a member of the HCAOA Board of Directors, Neal continues to contribute his experience and perspective to conversations that help shape home care.
