Amanda Angst is the Director of Finance for Family & Nursing Care. In this role, she helps to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily billing and payroll operations, analyzes and maintains company data, and assists in company financial projections and overseeing the budgeting process with all departments.
Amanda joined Family & Nursing Care as an independent contractor in 2012 and became a full-time employee in 2017. Prior to joining the company, her focus was on staying home raising her children while her husband was in the military. They lived in many places, including California, Washington, Florida, Texas, Maryland, and England. During that time, she provided in-home daycare for other military families, and she also was the Fleet & Family Support President for two-and-a-half years, supporting families when their loved one was deployed.
Growing up in a small town in Lone Pine, California, with a population of around 2,500, Amanda enjoys being anywhere there are mountains and the desert. When not working, she loves spending as much time as possible with her husband and three children, as well as traveling and experiencing new places and cultures.
