Meet Our Team

Amanda Williams is the Director of Classic Care Coordinating for Family & Nursing Care. In this role, she oversees the Classic Care Coordinating department, which is responsible for matching clients with suitable caregivers and managing the schedules of referred caregivers.

Since joining Family & Nursing Care, Amanda has held several roles within the company, including Nights and Weekends Coordinator, Care Coordinating Manager, and Assistant Director of Select Care Coordinating, before being promoted to her current position. As Director of Classic Care Coordinating, Amanda loves the opportunity to connect with different people in the home care industry and see different perspectives on various issues.

While Amanda has primarily worked for Family & Nursing Care during her professional career, she has also served as Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Bluegreen Vacations. Amanda’s interest in the home care field stems from her desire to help others. Having been a caregiver for her mother, she feels that her life has come full circle working for an organization that prides itself on supporting older adults and offering access to highly skilled caregivers.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Florida State University. When not working, she enjoys going to the beach, weekend festivals, music concerts, and playing with her senior dog, Diamond. While not the best at it, Amanda is also learning to play the electric guitar and enjoys painting.
