Elnaz Safavieh is the Director of Caregiver Services for Family & Nursing Care. In this role, Elnaz helps caregivers navigate their work with Family & Nursing Care from the very first day, including leading the onboarding process and serving as a resource for questions or issues to ensure a smooth transition.
Elnaz joined Family & Nursing Care in 2020, where she previously held the positions of Caregiver Recruiter and then HR Manager, Select, before being promoted to her current role.
Prior to joining Family & Nursing Care, Elnaz worked in customer service and management in the banking industry. She has now coupled those skills with her innate ability to connect with others to assist caregivers in their roles.
Elnaz was born in Iran but has lived in Maryland since early childhood. When not working, she loves spending time reading and traveling, and she adores being a mom to her daughter.
