Jeff Briggs is the Director of Select Care Coordinating for Family & Nursing Care. In this role, he leads the Select Care Coordinating Department, which is responsible for assisting families in navigating home care services, managing crisis situations, and ensuring caregivers are matched appropriately to meet the specific needs of each client.
Jeff joined Family & Nursing Care in 2015, and he has held several roles within the company, including Client Services Manager and Director of the Intake Department, before transitioning to his current position. These roles have allowed him to learn the importance of compassion and empathy, especially for those facing challenging situations, which has helped guide him throughout his career.
Jeff was named to Aging Media Network’s Future Leaders Class of 2023 for his dedication to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. He has worked tirelessly to help match caregivers to meet the needs of each client, and he appreciates how caregivers contribute to the overall well-being of older adults.
Prior to joining Family & Nursing Care, Jeff worked in the education field. He holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from Southeastern University and a Master of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary. When not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, riding his bike, and eating delicious food.
