Naomi Willinger is the Director of Intake for Family & Nursing Care. In this role, she leads the Intake Department, which is trained to ask questions and gather essential information to comprehensively assess each client’s situation. By understanding the nuances of their needs and preferences, Family & Nursing Care can tailor its care solutions to provide the highest level of support and comfort.
Naomi joined Family & Nursing Care in 2018, and she has held several roles within the company, including Client Services Manager, prior to transitioning to Assistant Director of Intake and then was promoted to her current role in September 2024. Throughout her tenure, she has enjoyed working with clients and their families and helping them navigate tough situations to make their lives less stressful.
Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public health from the University of Maryland. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler.
